Content Marketing Executive

We are seeking a content marketing executive (female) to join our dynamic team. The position holder will always think about creative content and bring it to reality.

Job Responsibilities

Being comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
Manage and create content on our social media platforms like Facebook pages, Instagram, and YouTube.
Think creatively for video shoots, facebook live and script writing.
Understanding beauty & personal care products and also being updated with the latest trends in the Cosmetics Industry.
You need to provide six aesthetically pleasing video content pieces per week. Live sessions should be conducted as needed.

Requirements & Skills

Researching competitors' content and photography and creating content accordingly.
Presentation and voice must be high quality
The video content and editing must be high quality.
Modern/Formal dress should be worn during the presentation .
Phone camera must be high quality. We require our beauty presenters to have a minimum iPhone13+ camera phone or any high-quality camera phone
You need to create creative content by researching competitors',audience movements and market place to determine the type of content you will create.
Video background must be aesthetic for content creation & facebook live .
Must have content writing and interpretation skills in Bengali and English on any topic.
Advance knowledge of skincare & hair care

Educational Requirements

Graduate any discipline or Studying in Hon’s. (If you are skilled enough then we will consider your educational background).

Additional Requirements

Must possess a can-do attitude.
Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency, and email communications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
To improve content quality, feedback, suggestions, and research findings must be regularly communicated to the team leader

Terms & Conditions

01. While working at Glowria, you will not be allowed to engage in any promotional work, including promotional photoshoots. All promotional activities must be exclusively for Glowria Additionally, any video content created through you must be posted on all your social media
platforms (if there is).

02. We may ask you to shoot some content using a green screen. In that case, the content ideas
and editing will be our responsibility.

Salary & other details

NB: Create a video content showcasing any skincare product you personally use and include it in your application. The video must be no longer than one minute. Your presentation and editing should be aesthetically pleasing, as we will evaluate your content creation skills based on these aspects. Applications without a video will not be accepted.
